Orders you place through the app can only be canceled during the packing phase. 

You can cancel orders anytime before the order's status is prepared.


To cancel an order, click on ‘Orders History’, select the order you no longer want by clicking on ‘Cancel Order’. Once an order is prepared, you will not able to cancel the order through the app. 

To follow up on the status of your order, check out the icons that indicate your order status.
