1. Introduction:

Breadfast LLC is organizing the Breadfast Black Friday Campaign, which runs from November 1st to November 30, 2025.

تنظم شركة بريدفاست مسابقة بعنوان بريدفاست بلاك فرايدي، والتي تمتد من 01 نوفمبر إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025.

Throughout the campaign, customers will have the chance to win daily, weekly, and special grand prizes based on their spending on the official Breadfast App. 

By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable supplementary rules.

خلال فترة المسابقة، يحصل العملاء على فرصة للفوز بجوائز يومية وأسبوعية والجائزة الكبرى الخاصة، بناءا على كونهم الأكثر شراءًا عبر التطبيق الرسمي لبريدفاست.

بمجرد المشاركة في المسابقة، يُعد المتسابقون موافقين على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وأي قواعد إضافية ذات صلة.

2. Eligibility to Enter:

• The competition is open to all users of the Breadfast App.

• المسابقة متاحة لجميع مستخدمي تطبيق بريدفاست، باستثناء موظفي بريدفاست.

• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before receiving any prize.

• المشاركون دون سن 18 عامًا يجب أن يحصلوا على موافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني قبل استلام اي جوائز.

• Each customer is allowed to win only one daily prize and one weekly prize during the competition period, in addition to having the opportunity to win the Grand Prize.

• يسمح لكل عميل الفوز بجائزة يومية واحدة وجائزة أسبوعية واحدة فقط خلال فترة المسابقة بالإضافة إلى إمكانية الفوز بالجائزة الكبرى.

• Purchases made through the Breadfast Application during the competition period will be counted, including all or selected products from:

  • Breadfast Supermarket

  • Breadfast Coffee

  • Breadfast Beauty

• تُحتسب عمليات الشراء التي تتم عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App”خلال فترة المسابقة وذلك على جميع أو بعض المنتجات المحددة من:

- بريدفاست سوبر ماركت “Breadfast Supermarket” 

- بريدفاست كوفي “Breadfast Coffee” 

- بريدفاست بيوتي “Breadfast Beauty”

• Breadfast reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose behavior is contrary to the Terms and Conditions.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في استبعاد أي مشارك يظهر منه سلوك يتعارض مع الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمسابقة.

3. The Prize:

• Prizes are categorized into Daily Prizes, Weekly Prizes, and Special Grand Prize, as detailed below.

• تنقسم الجوائز إلى جوائز يومية، جوائز أسبوعية، والجائزة الكبرى الخاصة كما هو موضح تفصيلا أدناه.

• All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. 

• جميع الجوائز غير قابلة للاستبدال أو التحويل أو الاسترداد نقدًا.

• Prizes are awarded to the winners identified through Breadfast’s accounting system based on the top spending during the relevant period.

• تُمنح الجوائز للفائزين الذين يتم تحديدهم من خلال نظام الحسابات لدى بريدفاست بناءً على اكثر معدلات الشراء خلال الفترة المحددة للمسابقة.

• All prize details and their detailed rules are communicated through the Breadfast App and Breadfast’s official social media pages.

• يتم الإعلان عن تفاصيل الجوائز وقواعدها التفصيلية عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App”وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية للشركة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to replace any prize with a similar alternative if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event of any fraud or fraudulent activity, Breadfast reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select the next eligible participant. 

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في استبدال أي جائزة بأخرى مماثلة في حال حدوث ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها، وفي حالة اكتشاف أي احتيال أو نشاط مخالف، يحق لبريدفاست استبعاد الفائز واختيار مشارك آخر مستحق.

• Customers who have won a prize during the competition period are not entitled to request a refund or exchange for any purchase that resulted in their winning the prize.

• لا يحق للعملاء الذين فازوا بجائزة خلال فترة المسابقة طلب استرجاع أو استبدال أي عملية شراء كانت سببا في فوزه بالجائزة.

• Winners are determined by Breadfast based on its accounting system.

• يتم اختيار الفائزين بناءًا على نظام الحسابات لدى بريدفاست.

• Winners will be contacted by Breadfast and announced on the company’s official social media pages.

• يتم التواصل مع الفائزين من قبل فريق بريدفاست والإعلان عنهم عبر صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية للشركة.

• Winners will be informed of the appropriate time to collect their prize, in line with Breadfast’s pre-set prize collection schedule.

• يتم إخطار الفائزين بموعد استلام الجائزة وفقًا لجدول التسليم المحدد مسبقًا من بريدفاست.

• Winners must sign an official declaration confirming receipt of the prize.

• يتعين على جميع الفائزين توقيع إقرار رسمي باستلام الجائزة عند التسليم.

• All information provided on the Breadfast App must match the winner’s identification at the time of prize collection.

• يجب أن تتطابق البيانات المسجلة في تطبيق بريدفاست مع بيانات البطاقة الشخصية للفائز عند استلام الجائزة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to use the winner’s picture (upon their consent) on its official social media pages.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في استخدام صورة الفائز (بعد الحصول على موافقته) على صفحاتها الرسمية.

• Breadfast reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in accordance with its policies.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في إيقاف أو إنهاء أي حساب وفقًا لسياساتها الداخلية.

3.1 Daily Prizes:

• One or more winners are selected daily throughout the competition period based on the “Top Spending” made through the official Breadfast application.

• يتم اختيار فائز واحد أو أكثر يوميًا خلال فترة المسابقة بناءً على معيار "الأكثر شراءا" عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App”.

• The daily competition runs from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., and is based on purchases made through the Breadfast App during that day, covering all or some of the selected products from:

-Breadfast Supermarket

-Breadfast Coffee

-Breadfast Beauty

• تبدأ المسابقة اليومية كل يوم من الساعة 12:00 صباحًا حتى 11:59 مساءً،وتُحتسب وفقا لعمليات الشراء التي تتم عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App” خلال هذا اليوم وذلك على جميع أو بعض المنتجات المحددة من:

- بريدفاست سوبر ماركت “Breadfast Supermarket” 

- بريدفاست كوفي “Breadfast Coffee” 

- بريدفاست بيوتي “Breadfast Beauty”

• The daily prize will be announced through the Breadfast App and official social media pages within a reasonable time before the start of the competition.

• يتم الإعلان عن ماهية الجائزة اليومية عبر التطبيق وصفحات بريدفاست الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي قبل فترة زمنية معقولة من بداية المسابقة.

3.2 Weekly Prizes

3.2 الجوائز الأسبوعية:

• The weekly winner is selected every Friday based on their total purchases made through the Breadfast App.

• يتم اختيار الفائز الأسبوعي كل جمعة بناءً على إجمالي مشترياته عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App”.

• The weekly competition takes place every Friday during the month of November, where Breadfast awards one or more major weekly prizes to the customer with the Top Spending throughout the week — from Saturday at 12:00 a.m. until Friday at 11:59 p.m., All purchases made through the Breadfast App during that week will be counted, covering all or some of the selected products from:

-Breadfast Supermarket

-Breadfast Coffee

-Breadfast Beauty

• تكون المسابقة الأسبوعية في كل يوم جمعة من شهر نوفمبر، تقدم بريدفاست جائزة كبرى أسبوعية أو أكثر للأكثر شراءا خلال الأسبوع، من السبت الساعة 12:00 صباحًا حتى الجمعة الساعة 11:59 مساءً.،وتُحتسب وفقا لعمليات الشراء التي تتم عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App” خلال هذا الأسبوع وذلك على جميع أو بعض المنتجات المحددة من:

- بريدفاست سوبر ماركت “Breadfast Supermarket” 

- بريدفاست كوفي “Breadfast Coffee” 

- بريدفاست بيوتي “Breadfast Beauty”

• The weekly prize will be announced through the Breadfast App and official social media pages.

• يتم الإعلان عن ماهية الجائزة الأسبوعية عبر تطبيق بريدفاست وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية.

• Any customer who has previously won a daily prize is eligible to compete for the weekly prize only once.

• يحق لأي عميل سبق له الفوز بجائزة يومية المنافسة على الجائزة الأسبوعية لمرة واحدة فقط.

3.3 Grand Prize – 29 November 2025:

 3.3 الجائزة الكبرى – 29 نوفمبر 2025

• The winner of this prize will be the top spender from Saturday, 1 November at 12:00 a.m. to Saturday, 29 November at 11:59 p.m. All purchases made through the Breadfast App during that week will be counted, covering all or some of the selected products from:

-Breadfast Supermarket

-Breadfast Coffee

-Breadfast Beauty

• تُمنح الجائزة الكبرى للعميل الأكثر شراءا خلال الفترة الممتدة من السبت 1 نوفمبر الساعة 12:00 صباحًا حتى السبت 29 نوفمبر الساعة 11:59 مساءً، وتُحتسب وفقا لعمليات الشراء التي تتم عبر التطبيق الإلكتروني الخاص ببريدفاست  “Breadfast App” خلال هذه الفترة وذلك على جميع أو بعض المنتجات المحددة من:

- بريدفاست سوبر ماركت “Breadfast Supermarket” 

- بريدفاست كوفي “Breadfast Coffee” 

- بريدفاست بيوتي “Breadfast Beauty”

• The details of the grand prize will be announced during the last week of November through Breadfast’s official channels.

• يتم الإعلان عن تفاصيل الجائزة الكبرى في الأسبوع الأخير من شهر نوفمبر عبر القنوات الرسمية لـ Breadfast.

• A customer who has previously won a daily, weekly, or both prizes remain eligible to win this grand prize.

• يحق لأي عميل سبق له الفوز بجائزة يومية أو أسبوعية أو كليهما المنافسة على الجائزة الكبرى.

4. Winner Announcement:

4.  إعلان الفائزين:

• Daily and weekly winners are announced on Breadfast’s official social media pages and contacted by the Breadfast team.

• يتم الإعلان عن الفائزين اليوميين والأسبوعيين عبر الصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي الرسمية لبريدفاست والتواصل معهم مباشرة.

• Winners are notified by phone using the contact details registered on the Breadfast App within two (2) days of selection.

• يتم إخطار الفائزين هاتفيًا خلال يومين (2) من الاختيار عبر بيانات الاتصال المسجلة في التطبيق.

• If no response is received within two (2) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next participant according to the same selection process.

• في حال عدم الرد خلال يومين، تُلغى الجائزة وتُمنح للمشارك التالي بنفس آلية الاختيار.

• Breadfast reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity through official documents (National ID, passport, or driver’s license).

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في التحقق من هوية الفائز من خلال مستندات رسمية (بطاقة رقم قومي – جواز سفر – رخصة قيادة).

5. Delivery of the Prize:

5. تسليم الجوائز:

• Prizes will be distributed at Breadfast’s branch in Mindhouse – Cairo Ain Sokhna Road – Cairo, or at other locations as announced by Breadfast.

• يتم تسليم الجوائز في فرع بريدفاست بميندهاوس – طريق القاهرة العين السخنة – القاهرة أو في أي موقع آخر تُحدده الشركة.

• Winners will be informed of the exact time and date for receiving their prizes. If they fail to show up on the scheduled date, Breadfast automatically rescheduled for the next participant according to the same selection process.

• يتم إخطار الفائزين بالموعد والتاريخ المحدد لاستلام الجائزة، وفي حال عدم الحضور، تنتقل الجائزة للمتسابق التالي حسب نظام الاختيار ذاته.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6. حدود المسؤولية:

• Breadfast shall not be held liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged prizes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• لا تتحمل بريدفاست أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف أو تأخير تسليم الجوائز نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها.

• Prizes requiring information or support from third parties are not the responsibility of Breadfast. From the moment of transfer or delivery, any additional issues or complaints regarding the prize are the responsibility of the third party.

• أي جوائز تتطلب دعمًا أو بيانات من طرف ثالث تكون مسؤولية هذا الطرف وحده بعد التسليم.

• Breadfast is not responsible for any technical problems that occur after the delivery of the prize. Any such issues are to be resolved between the customer and the third party (e.g., manufacturer or supplier).

• لا تتحمل بريدفاست أي مسؤولية عن مشكلات تقنية أو أعطال بعد استلام الجائزة، ويجب على العميل التعامل مع الجهة المصنعة أو المزودة مباشرة.

• Breadfast shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the promotion or the prize.

• لا تتحمل بريدفاست أي مصروفات إضافية قد يتكبدها الفائز نتيجة استلام الجائزة أو المشاركة في المسابقة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative of similar value if necessary.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في استبدال أي جائزة بأخرى مماثلة القيمة إذا لزم الأمر.

7. General Terms and Conditions:

7. الشروط والأحكام العامة:

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary rules related to daily, weekly or Special Grand Prize competitions

• بالمشاركة في المسابقة، يوافق المتسابقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام وأي قواعد إضافية تخص المسابقات اليومية أو الأسبوعية  والجائزة الكبرى الخاصة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to revoke, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or any of its elements as required and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل المسابقة أو أي من عناصرها وفقًا للقوانين السارية.

• Breadfast’s decisions regarding any aspect of the competition are final and binding.

• قرارات بريدفاست في جميع ما يتعلق بالمسابقة نهائية وملزمة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to use the winner’s photo (with their consent) on the company’s official social media pages.

• يحق للشركة استخدام صورة الفائز (بعد موافقته) على صفحاتها الرسمية.

• Refunds are not allowed for any customer who has won a prize during the campaign period.

• لا يُسمح باسترجاع أي مدفوعات للعملاء الذين فازوا بجوائز خلال فترة المسابقة.

• Breadfast reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• تحتفظ بريدفاست بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

• Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these terms.

• المشاركة في المسابقة تعني الموافقة الكاملة على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
